This project as my final project in Chelsea for the degree show, I intended to combine jacquard weavings with solid material then photoshopped the final samples in the ideal interior looks. After three years of learning in weave, I was wondering how will I achieve my ideas as a media or material for interior spaces instead of the fabric itself. This project was inspired from ruined surfaces such as peeling wall from old buildings, leaking damages and glass scratches. The best way to achieve the inspiration elements was Jacquard weave, after the weaving I casted the Jacquard samples with Jesmonite which came out with the tile shaped pieces.
